Scherzo à la Russe

This brief, all-female ballet is a light-hearted and buoyant work that evokes the movements of Russian folk dances.
Divertimento from 'Le Baiser de la Fée'
- Music by: Igor Stravinsky
- Choreography by: George Balanchine
Incorporating melodies by Tschaikovsky, Stravinsky’s divertimento is the passionate yet mysteriously foreboding groundwork for Balanchine’s ephemeral choreography.
Danses Concertantes
- Music by: Igor Stravinsky
- Choreography by: George Balanchine
The mercurial movements of this intoxicating ballet feature a series of witty pas de trois that are simultaneously fanciful and invigorating.
