New York City Ballet

In Motion Workshops

Appropriate for children ages 9 -12

Join the artists of New York City Ballet in an exploration of the music, movement, and themes of a ballet featured in the matinee performance. Each workshop includes a ballet warm-up, a movement combination with choreography inspired by the featured ballet and a brief interview with a NYCB dancer. No prior dance training needed.

All In Motion Workshops take place before family-friendly Matinee performances. Performance tickets must be purchased separately.

Type of Event: Pre-Performance Workshop
Length: 45 minutes
Attire: Clothing that is comfortable move in. Ballet shoes are optional.

$12 per person
