A kaleidoscope of intricately changing patterns, this fast-paced, bouncy ballet features five couples and a high-flying leader in unitards as bright as Crayola crayons. The ballet features inventive images — partners swinging like pendulums, an elegant game of snap-the-whip, ribbon-like criss-crossing of the stage — as well as bravura solos, pas de deux and ensemble pieces.
