New York City Ballet online Gift Shop orders are processed weekly. Orders are typically shipped within seven days of receipt. Domestic Orders are mailed Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service. Most domestic shipments arrive within five days of being shipped. Orders for $100.00 or more are automatically insured.

Foreign Orders are sent First Class Mail through the U.S. Postal Service. On Foreign Orders, New York City Ballet is not responsible for any customs duties that may be levied by the recipient's home country. Foreign orders typically can take 4-6 weeks after the date of shipment to arrive.

Any item that is back ordered will be marked as such in your shopping basket. At that time you may decide to keep or delete the item in question. If your order contains back-ordered items, your email confirmation will differentiate between items in stock and items out of stock.
