Pit Singer-West Side Story Suite; New York audiences may remember her as an original cast member of A Christmas Carol at Madison Square Garden, specifically in the role of Mrs. Cratchit for the 1998-2003 seasons; Other New York credits include Anyone Can Whistle at Carnegie Hall, a benefit for GMHC; and Idiot’s Delight and The Admirable Crichton with T.A.C.T. at the New York Historical Society.  Regionally she has appeared as Nina in a Day in Hollywood/A Night in the Ukraine at the New Harmony Theatre; Cordelia Hopewell in Reunion:  A Musical Epic in Miniature at the Ford’s Theatre in Washington, D.C.; as Betty Blake in The Will Rogers Follies at Theatre By the Sea; as Kathy Selden in Singin’ in the Rain, Meg Brockie in Brigadoon, and Polly Baker in Crazy For You at Gateway Playhouse; and as Maggie in A Chorus Line at the Riverside Theatre.  Her North American Tour credits include:  Kim Ravenal in Showboat; Young Jenny in Aspects of Love; and My Fair Lady.  Whitney has a BFA in Musical Theatre from Syracuse University, and is the lucky wife of Myles McDonnell and proud Mom of Dashiell.
