Spacious Accommodations
Promenade space is approximately 120 by 65 feet with a gold leaf ceiling that reaches to the sky with windows and a balcony facing the plaza of Lincoln Center.

The Promenade
Accommodates up to 1,000.

Audio visual equipment can be used.

Table decorations are usually all that is needed because of the beautiful surroundings of the Promenade

A security guard is on duty at all times in the lobby.

Requirements
We require a deposit of half the rental fee, a security deposit and a certificate of insurance upon signing the contract. Balance of the rental fee is due one month before event.

Advance notice of type of event (meeting, cocktail party, dinner dance, etc.) and how many guests are expected.
