ELIGIBILITY
All subscriber benefits apply only to current New York City Ballet subscribers. Subscribers are eligible for benefits during the season (winter and/or spring) corresponding to their subscription order.

To qualify for benefits/discounts, NYCB Subscriber ID Card must be presented at participating establishments. Please identify yourself as a NYCB subscriber when making reservations.

SUBSCRIBER-ONLY SAVINGS
New this season, we’ve introduced a discount on all tickets purchased as part of any Standard, Theme, or Create-Your-Own subscription package. This preferred subscriber rate – as much as $10 off of full-priced tickets – is also applicable to any additional single ticket purchases you make throughout the season.

Purchasing additional single tickets: nycballet.com registered users can purchase single tickets with this preferred subscription rate online, and all subscribers can purchase tickets with your subscription rate in person at the David H. Koch Theater Box Office with your Subscriber ID Card or by calling the service charge-free Subscription Hotline at 212-870-4260 with your Subscription ID Number.

SPECIAL 20% OFF SAME DAY TICKETS
We know our subscribers often decide at the last minute to catch a performance that may have their favorite ballet, a role debut, or even an entirely different cast. For just these occasions, we’re pleased to continue offering a 20% discount on day-of purchases—that’s an even greater savings than the new preferred subscriber price.
Day-of discount only available at the David H. Koch Theater Box Office and may not be combined with preferred subscriber rate.

BEST SEATS IN THE HOUSE
All subscribers receive priority seating before the general public. In addition, Standard Series subscribers can guarantee their seat location season to season as long as they renew their subscriptions.

FLEXIBLE EXCHANGE PRIVILEGES
Have a change of plans? No problem – subscribers may always exchange their tickets for another performance if a conflict arises.

Ticket Exchanges by Mail
Send your tickets (including stubs) with at least two alternate dates to: NYCB Box Office, David H. Koch Theater, 20 Lincoln Center, New York, NY 10023.

Ticket Exchanges in Person
You may bring the tickets you wish to exchange directly to the David H. Koch Theater Box Office. The Box Office opens for spring repertory exchanges and additional single ticket purchases on Monday, April 5, 2010.

Ticket exchanges cannot be made by phone. The Box Office must have your tickets (including stubs) in hand at least 24 hours before the performance you cannot attend in order for them to process an exchange. All exchanges are subject to availability and are valid only for the season of purchase.

Subscribers to both the 2010 Winter and Spring Seasons will receive advance notification and ticket-buying privileges for the 2010 performances of
 George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker™.
