Spring 2026 showcases a breathtaking swathe of repertory, contrasting classical brilliance with contemporary style. A FAIRCHILD FAREWELL
After 25 inimitable years with the company, Principal Dancer Megan Fairchild will bid the NYCB stage adieu on MAY 24, in the role of Swanilda in Balanchine's Coppélia. While Megan’s farewell has limited availability, she is also scheduled to perform Swanhilda on MAY 22. Enjoy this compilation of her unforgettable performances.

COPPÉLIA CLOSES THE 25-26 SEASON
Full of vivacity and wit, George Balanchine’s beloved full-length work returns to the stage this spring. Experience this delightful three-act ballet, its charming cast of characters, and its lively and nimble choreography, that pays tribute to Marius Petipa, the father of classical dance on whose production it was based. A WHEELDON FAN FAVORITE COMES TO NYCB
Christopher Wheeldon’s Continuum moves four couples through shifting moods in a poignant reflection of its György Ligeti piano score. This fan-favorite piece, created at San Francisco Ballet in 2002, makes its long-awaited NYCB debut on the Contemporary Choreography III program. MAY 1 - MAY 20

TILER PECK CREATES A SECOND WORK FOR NYCB
On the heels of her acclaimed 2024 ballet Concerto for Two Pianos, Principal Dancer Tiler Peck’s newest choreographic commission is set to Édouard Lalo’s Symphonie Espagnole. Featuring a cast of over 30 dancers who will be joined by two esteemed violinists, Hilary Hahn and Tai Murray, alternating as soloists with the NYCB orchestra as part of the ECLECTIC NYCB III program.
