Information About Your Spring 2020 Tickets

The cancellation of our Lincoln Center spring performances, events, and public programming deeply saddened the entire New York City Ballet family. With this cancellation marking an early end to our 2019-20 Season, we have made the following options available to everyone who holds tickets for New York City Ballet through May 31, 2020.
 

1. Donate Your Ticket/s
New York City Ballet continues to provide salaries and benefits for its performers and other personnel, and will continue to do so through what would have been the end of the Spring Season on May 31. This means a projected deficit of $8 million through June 30 alone, and we will need the support of our audiences and patrons more than ever during this challenging time. 

Please consider donating the value of your tickets to the Company as a tax-deductible charitable contribution. By doing so, your monies will directly support our Relief Fund, helping to ensure NYCB’s future, and offering immediate support to our artistic family including our dancers, musicians, and staff. To donate your tickets, please use this online form, or email us at customercare@nycballet.com with your Patron ID (labeled CST on your ticket) and/or Order Number (labeled ORD) by May 31, 2020.
 
2. Receive an Account Credit
Ballet will be back at Lincoln Center. By applying the value of your ticket/s to your New York City Ballet account, this credit may be used towards tickets or a subscription package to be there when our dancers return to the stage in the 2020-21 repertory season.* If you purchased via nycballet.com, our Call Center, or via standard mail, no further action is necessary. We will automatically credit your account if we do not hear from you by May 31, 2020.
 
3. Request a Refund
For those who purchased via nycballet.com, our Call Center, or standard mail, please use this online form, or email us at customercare@nycballet.com with your Patron ID (labeled CST on your ticket) and/or Order Number (labeled ORD), to request a refund to your original form of payment by May 31, 2020.
 
4. Arrange for a Combination of the Above
If you would like to split the value of your spring tickets across a combination of the options outlined, please call us at 212-496-0600 to make arrangements by May 31, 2020.
 
For those who purchased in person at the Box Office with either cash or a credit card, please call 212-496-0600 to arrange for any of these options.
 
Our customer care associates are available to assist you Monday through Saturday 10 AM - 8 PM and on Sunday from 12-5 PM, at 212-496-0600, but we are expecting extremely high call volumes. Using the digital options outlined above will allow our staff to work optimally and will provide a timelier experience for you. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to serve you as swiftly as possible.

*Account credit can only be applied to repertory season tickets; George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker® and Special Event tickets are excluded.
