Come Sauté with the Dancers
Join NYCB dancers for a special cooking and dining event to benefit the Company.  The evening begins with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, followed by an hour of guided cooking instruction.  Guests are split into teams to prepare the appetizer, entrée, and dessert courses for the evening with at least one dancer and one professional chef per team.  Once the meal is prepared, everyone dines together to enjoy the fruits of their labor.


6:30-7:00pm Cocktails and Hors d’oeuvres
7:00-8:00pm Hands-on cooking
8:00pm Dinner

Tickets 
$300 Chef Ticket
$225 Dinner Guest Ticket
$200 Apprentice Ticket (under 35)

All proceeds go to New York City Ballet to benefit The Dancer Wellness Fund.
