Peyton Gin

Peyton Gin is a member of New York City Ballet’s corps de ballet. She was born in Summit, New Jersey, and began her dance training at age 4 locally. Gin began studying ballet at age 10 at New Jersey Dance Theatre Ensemble under Nancy Turano and Alexandra Gonzalez. She attended the summer course at the School of American Ballet (SAB), the official school of New York City Ballet, in 2021, before enrolling as a full-time student at SAB for the 2021 winter term. As an SAB student, she performed in George Balanchine’s Serenade at New York City Ballet, as part of a celebration of SAB’s 90^th anniversary, and Christopher Wheeldon’s Scènes de Ballet. Gin became an apprentice with NYCB in November 2024 and joined the corps de ballet in October 2025 .
