Alexis Sykes

Alexis Sykes (Viola) was born in Louisville, Kentucky. She received her Bachelor and Master of Music from The Juilliard School and a Graduate Diploma from the New England Conservatory of Music. 

Sykes participated in the New England Conservatory Honorary Chamber Ensemble Competition and received the Borromeo String Quartet Guest Artist Award. She has performed as a substitute musician with the New York Philharmonic, The Philadelphia Orchestra, and Orchestra of St. Luke's. 

In November 2019, she joined the New York City Ballet Orchestra.
