RENEWING SUBSCRIBERS
To renew your subscription package, log in to your account where you'll see the package/s available to renew on your account dashboard.
Click the RENEW NOW button and follow the steps to renew your subscription as is, or modify your subscription by improving your seating section, selecting a different standard package, or adding a new standard or flex package.
Please note: flex package holders will see their previous subscription history when they log in to their account. However, as flex seats are non-renewable, please order a new flex package by clicking the RENEW NOW button on your account dashboard.
You can also build a new flex package under option #2 below or upgrade to a standard package under option #1. Don’t worry, we’ll recognize your order as a renewing subscriber and you will be seated before new subscribers.

25-26 Season Materials
Standard Packages
Ranging from four to eight performances, standard packages are always on the same day of the week.
Flex Packages
Starting with just three performances, flex packages offer the most convenience, allowing you to select dates and programs that work for you.
Please note that the following 25-26 Season performances are not available on flex packages: OCT 8, JAN 28, JAN 31 eve, FEB 6, MAY 7, MAY 17 at 11 AM, and MAY 24.
Complete Package Options
Starting with just three performances, flex packages offer the most convenience, allowing you to select dates and programs that work for you. With five or fewer performances, you’ll enjoy:
- Preferred subscriber ticket pricing
- Priority seating before the general public
- Unlimited complimentary ticket exchange privileges
- Priority Nutcracker and repertory single ticket sales
- Waived service fees for add-on tickets (regularly $8/ticket)
- Flexible payment plans (please call 212-496-0600 for more information)
- Exclusive behind-the-scenes Ballet Briefing emails
- Special offers from partner performing arts organizations
With six or more performances, you’ll enjoy the benefits of a smaller flex package plus:
- Locked-in preferred subscriber rates for additional ticket purchases
Ranging from four to eight performances, standard packages are always on the same day of the week. Standard package subscribers enjoy all of the benefits of flex packages plus:
- Same seats at each performance
- Waived facility fees on package purchase ($4/ticket)
- Renewable seats from season to season

Single tickets for the 2025-26 Season will be available on August 4, 2025.
Note: programs and pricing subject to change. Additional fees are noted online where applicable. Required charges to phone, internet, and box office sales apply. No refunds once tickets have been processed and/or mailed. Performances begin at the announced start time, and in deference to the viewing and listening pleasure of the audience in the auditorium, and to the performers onstage, there is no late or re-entry seating. We regret that we cannot replace or refund tickets for performances you miss.
Neither subscription purchases nor priority repertory or Nutcracker ticketing access is available to individuals, households, or accounts with a history of purchasing bulk tickets. If either subscription package or priority repertory or Nutcracker ticket purchasing is detected on the part of individuals, households, accounts, bots, or patrons creating duplicate accounts to conceal previous bulk ticket purchasing, orders may be cancelled without consideration.
