Members may place requests until 5 PM three days prior to the requested date. No same-day requests will be taken. Each Member may bring one guest.
To ensure the greatest artistic flexibility, rehearsal schedules are not finalized until approximately two days before a rehearsal is set to take place. Therefore, we cannot tell members in advance what ballet will be rehearsed or the exact time of rehearsal.
Confirmation of the exact rehearsal time will be communicated to donors via email the evening before the rehearsal is set to take place. Alternatively, you may call 212-870-5665 on the evening before your reserved date, and a recorded message will inform you of the exact time to arrive at the Theater. Final rehearsal program information will be provided when you arrive at the Theater.
With safety at the forefront, NYCB has implemented a mandatory vaccination policy and proper mask usage for all employees and visitors. Every audience member must be fully vaccinated to enter the David H. Koch Theater and will be required to show in-person proof of vaccination upon arrival. Please visit nycballet.com/safety for complete protocol, which is subject to change.
