The Young Patrons Circle presents The Starlit Soirée on Thursday, May 28, 2026: an elegant evening of dance and celebration at New York City Ballet.

The night begins with the Eclectic NYCB III program, featuring works by Jerome Robbins, Alysa Pires, and Principal Dancer Tiler Peck—her second commission for the Company. After the curtain falls, the enchantment continues on the theater’s sparkling Promenade with drinks, hors d’oeuvres, and dancing alongside a vibrant community of young professionals and ballet enthusiasts.

Inspired by the mysterious and dramatic nightscape of Jerome Robbins’ Opus 19/The Dreamer, featured on the evening’s program, guests are invited into an otherworldly starlit gathering. Guests are encouraged to dress in black tie with luminous accents, such as shimmering fabrics, rich evening tones, and subtle celestial details.

IMPORTANT: Performance and party tickets are sold separately. A valid performance ticket for the May 28 performance is required in order to attend The Starlit Soirée. Party tickets do not include admission to the performance.

Young Patrons Circle members receive event invitations via email, which include RSVP instructions and deadlines. An RSVP is required to attend all YPC events, and complimentary party tickets are not issued automatically.
