PERFORMANCE CANCELLATION

The following options are available to all ticket holders for the cancelled January 25th, 2026 performance. Contact us by February 9, 2026 to:

1. DONATE YOUR TICKET/S

By donating the value of your tickets to the company, your monies will directly support New York City Ballet, and you’ll receive a tax-deductible notice for your contribution. Simply email customercare@nycballet.com with "Donate My Tickets" in the subject line and provide your patron ID (labeled CST on your ticket) and/or Order Number (labeled ORD) in the body of the email.

2. APPLY YOUR FUNDS TO A WINTER OR SPRING PERFORMANCE*

Winter performances run through March 1, and the company will be back onstage this spring from April 21 through May 31, 2026. You can use the following methods for applying the value of your canceled tickets to a future Winter or Spring 2026 performance. Please have your tickets available, as well as at least two alternate dates, and provide your Patron ID (labeled CST on your ticket) and/or Order Number (labeled ORD) to facilitate the transaction:

• EMAIL customercare@nycballet.com with “Apply My Tickets to a Future Performance” including your Patron ID (labeled CST on your ticket) and/or Order Number (labeled ORD), along with two alternate dates
• CALL 212-496-0600 where a sales associate will provide personalized assistance
• VISIT the David H. Koch Theater Box Office (63rd & Columbus)
