Autism-Friendly Access Workshops

Saturdays at 10 AM and 1 PM

The 2/18, 4/22, and 5/27 events are sold out. To add your family to a waitlist, please email education@nycballet.com with your preferred workshop date(s) and "Autism-Friendly Access Workshop” in the subject line and you will be contacted should additional tickets become available.

Join the artists of New York City Ballet in these movement workshops designed especially for children with autism and their families.

During these one-hour events, children will be guided in a ballet-based warm-up and choreography inspired by some of the ballets currently being performed this season. Workshops feature live piano accompaniment and a designated quiet space will be available. A visual story will be sent prior to the event to give your child advance notice of what will be happening during the workshop. No prior dance experience is necessary and siblings are encouraged to participate.

INSTRUCTOR SCHEDULE

Dancer instructors for each Access Workshop will be announced here the week before each workshop takes place. Instructors are subject to change.
