NYCB subscribers enjoy savings over regular prices by purchasing multiple performances as a package.
Whether you prefer the comfort of the same seats at each performance or the convenience of crafting your own set of dates, you’ll receive priority access and other convenience and value-saving benefits with both standard and flex packages.
Take advantage of preferred subscriber rates by bundling your performances in a package. You can also lock in preferred pricing for additional ticket purchases throughout the season by creating a flex package with six or more performances or choosing any standard package.
The preferred subscriber rate does not apply for Nutcracker or specially priced performances.
Order a subscription package before single tickets go on sale and you’ll be first in line for the best locations. Standard package holders can also retain their seats across seasons provided the same package is renewed.
Subscribers can always exchange tickets for another performance if a scheduling conflict arises.
For added flexibility, all 2021-22 subscribers will take advantage of complimentary ticket exchanges.
Exchanges are valid across fall, winter, and spring repertory performances within the season of purchase only; must be made no later than one day in advance of the originally scheduled performance; and are subject to availability. Subscription tickets cannot be exchanged into Nutcracker or specially priced performances. The difference of ticket cost will be incurred by subscribers exchanging into higher-priced seating locations or out of specially priced performances.

Qualifying subscribers access prime locations at the best prices during an exclusive priority period so you can select your preferred locations in real time, even for high-demand weekend matinees, before sales open to the general public.
All subscribers pay a one-time $28 subscription handling fee on the first package purchase of the season, in place of the regular $8 per ticket service fee. Additionally, the $4 per ticket facility fee is waived on all standard packages.
Subscribers also order additional repertory tickets all season long without paying the $8 service fee per ticket.
Following the one-time subscription handling fee, subsequent package purchases do not incur handling or service fees. Flex packages carry the $4 per ticket facility fee at time of purchase. All subscribers pay per ticket facility fees on single ticket add-ons during the season. Per ticket service and facility fees are not waived for any Nutcracker purchases, regardless of subscriber status or type.

Orders of four or more installments, as well as orders with outstanding balances at the time of the pre-season subscription ticket printing, will incur an additional $30 processing fee.

If either subscription package or Nutcracker priority ticket purchasing is detected on the part of individuals, households, accounts, bots, or patrons creating duplicate accounts to conceal previous bulk ticket purchasing, orders may be cancelled without consideration.
