2. SIGN AND RETURN THE LETTER OF AGREEMENT

Once we receive your enrollment information the school contact, principal and the participating classroom teachers will be asked to sign a Letter of Agreement for your program. Your signatures on this document serve as an agreement between your school and NYCB to uphold the listed terms. Failure to uphold the terms of this Letter of Agreement may serve as grounds to cancel our partnership.

3. SUBMIT PAYMENT FOR SCHOOL RESIDENCY FEE

Along with your Letter of Agreement, you will receive an invoice. Payments can be made in the form of a check or a purchase order. If you are paying by purchase order and need a completed work order to do so, please send a written request via email to the Senior Manager of School Programs.

4. SAVE THE DATE FOR PROGRAM PD

All New York City Ballet school residency programs begin with a one-hour virtual Professional Development Session and an In-School Pre-Program Planning Meeting. Every participating classroom teacher is required to attend both events regardless of past participation in a NYCB program. The dates of the PD session are listed below. The In-School Pre-Program Planning Meeting will be scheduled with your NYCB Teaching Artist in the week following the PD. More information will be sent closer to the PD date.

It is also important that you keep us informed about any changes that take place in your classroom enrollment.

We look forward to working with your school in the coming year. Should you have any questions while completing this form, please contact the New York City Ballet Education Department at 212-870-4078 or education@nycballet.com.
