Workshops for Teens and Adults with Disabilities

Join the artists of New York City Ballet in an exploration of the music, movement, and themes of George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker®. This 90-minute workshop is especially designed for teens and adults with physical disabilities and movement disorders (including Dystonia, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, and others). NYCB dancers lead participants through a ballet-based warm-up and movement combinations inspired by this treasured holiday classic. No prior dance experience needed.
