Anna Snellgrove

Anna Snellgrove is member of New York City Ballet’s corps de ballet. She was born in State College, Pennsylvania, and began her dance training locally at the Arts Conservatory at age 3. She continued her training at Ribbon Mill Ballet, studying privately under Leslie Hench, in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and also trained at the Performing Arts School of Central Pennsylvania under Rebecca Maciejczyk and Connor Kilian Weigand. Snellgrove attended the summer program at the School of American Ballet, the official school of New York City Ballet, in 2016, 2017, and 2018, before enrolling full-time at SAB for the 2018 winter term. She became an apprentice with NYCB in January 2022, and joined the corps de ballet in November 2022.
